  • Details (only when requested by you) will be passed on to our official sports partner ‘Connecting Sports’ to enable delivery of sports media digital badges.

 

Information collected when registering children online for Digital Badge IT clubs:

We collect the following personal information when you make an online kids club booking:

  • Name of child
  • Age
  • Date Of Birth
  • School attending
  • Name of parent
  • Contact telephone and email of parent
  • Medical details of child

 

We will never ask for any personal financial information and all payments taken when using our online booking system will be handled by PayPal. Some of this information is crucial to enable us to be able to take the best possible care of your children whilst at Digital Badge IT clubs. Other information is purely for our own monitoring purposes. All information we gather is confidential and only shared with Digital Badge IT activity leaders.
